I was referred to Red Rhino by Clean and Safe Pools, who do periodic cleaning and balancing on my pool. I have thanked them for the referral. The Red Rhino team first surveyed my pool, and identified two leaking pipes (using sonic equipment) while conducting pressure testing of the system. They then proceeded to plug any leaks around the jets. I was given a quote for resolving the plumbing problem, that I accepted. It is unusual from our experience to get a team of professionals as personable as they are knowledgeable. They not only found the issues apparently starting awhile ago, they explained to us in detail what the problems were and what the fix would be. They worked diligently and cleaned up after themselves. It was a relief to know we had found the right people to address our problems at a fair price. Highly recommend!

There are first rate. Jason was terrific. He explained the whole process and was here a little over two hours. Customer service was excellent also. I would highly recommend them.
I have used Red Rhino twice. First time was earlier this year when they came out to detect a leak. They did detect a leak and fixed it quickly, professionally and guaranteed the work. Everything seemed fine until a few weeks ago when I noticed the pool was leaking again so I called again. They did another thorough leak detection and even spent some time looking at the repair they did in January to make sure it wasn’t that.
