The service providers sent to my home, Jason and Peter, were kind courteous and seemed knowledgeable on locating and repairing our pool leak. Work was done quickly and were crossing our fingers that the problem was solved
Tyler was there yesterday, he was very helpful and professional, took the time to explain everything very clearly. He worked step by step and took me through it........I am going to try and get to the leak without cutting cement, if I can't you guys will be up!!! He was great.......my second time using this service, first was about 6 years ago, and they did me right.
Red Rhino Jacksonville rocks! My pool service company (Clean Safe pools) recommended them for a sudden major leak. Austin was great - arrived Wednesday afternoon, found the leak quickly and checked all vulnerable spots to make sure we knew exactly what was needed. Nate arrived Friday morning to repair the leaking return and preventative repair on the 3 other returns.
