RecommendedTyler was there yesterday, he was very helpful and professional, took the time to explain everything very clearly. He worked step by step and took me through it........I am going to try and get to the leak without cutting cement, if I can't you guys will be up!!! Red Rhino Jacksonville rocks! My pool service company (Clean Safe pools) recommended them for a sudden major leak. Austin was great - arrived Wednesday afternoon, found the leak quickly and checked all vulnerable spots to make sure we knew exactly what was needed. Nate arrived Friday morning to repair the leaking return and preventative repair on the 3 other returns. This IS the company to call if you have a pool leak. They found the leak in my pool that other companies could not find. Leak technicians Trey and Amos found my pool leak in less than two hours. Two days later, repair technicians Matthew and Zack had my pool fixed. All four of these technicians were polite, respectful, and professional. And, you couldn’t tell any work had been done… clean-up was thorough. Red Rhino needs to keep these technicians. Very happy with their work!
They are friendly, professional, and do whatever it takes to get the job done without cutting corners, at a reasonable price. Well worth the time to consider them. They are the best!
