RecommendedKnowledgeable and friendly technician. Very thorough check of all aspects of my pool and water system. Tech found and repaired two leaks. Four days later, the water level has remained stable!

We had Red Rhino out due to a suspected pool leak. Dale and Jeff were great. Services did not exceed quote, professional and timely. Both communicated throughout the entire process. Dale took his time to ensure we fully understood the report, findings and answered our questions. When I thought of a question later, Dale called me back to ensure it was answered. Our service person Nathan called to ask if he could come earlier. That started his service call off to a great start. He was friendly well mannered and determined to finish the job correctly. He did a wonderful job. So happy he was sent to our house. If we were to ever need a leak detective again Red Rhino would get the phone call.

Had a trainee and his supervisor look at my pool. They determined the problem and provided a temporary (hopefully permanent) fix and gave me a quote for a full repair. Price was reasonable and service was good.
