RecommendedTaylor was here as scheduled. He was polite and knowledgeable. He took his time checking every inch of the pool and applied a short term fix to get us through the holidays all of which was included in the price that was quoted. We plan to have them complete the job when our family leaves. We were very pleased. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the woman I spoke to in the office. RecommendedThey were very thorough, explained what they were doing and found the problem. We will soon be using them to make the repair. Also, I had a minor problem with my heater after they were here. The technician that worked on my pool was very quick to text me back, walked me through what to do, offered to come back…. With his help, the heater is now working again - a minor issue. I really appreciate how responsive he was.
