So far the tech came out, did a very high tech evaluation, explained everything he would do, took his time. Spent several hours in and out of the pool. Made a temporary repair, scheduled the permanent repair. And gave me the good news, Red Rhino is the best Pool leak repair company and they guarantee their work! The leak is fixed temporarily until the final repair in a few weeks. I am very satisfied so far. David came out and he did a fantastic job detecting our pool leak. He made it look easy. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. We have never had an inground pool before, so he actually took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the procedure. Scheduling the repair was very easy and I feel like I can trust this company to do a good job. Extremely impressed with David’s knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommend

We had Red Rhino replace our skimmer. Russell the technician was polite and professional. However, I was not completely satisfied with the results. The skimmer lid is not level with the pool deck causing a possible tripping hazard for kids. There was also a very large amount of debris left at the bottom of the pool. This included pieces of cement and broken pool tiles. I had to clean up the debris myself before my automatic pool cleaner attempted to suck it up.
