Was VERY pleased with the service and results of replacing my skimmer, was a leak in my pipes under skimmer. John Callender, the repair technician did a wonderful job, and did amazing clean up. I was really impressed, because it was a real mess 😍 thank you Red Rhino ❤️❤️❤️ also thank you to Austin Aker for finding the leak and being so through in explaining everything and taking pictures 😘
They did a good job on repairing pool leak and matching texture of deck on concrete patch.
Tyler was very informative and kept me updated throughout the process. Found two leaks and they are fixing them Thursday . Highly recommend, especially if your buying a house with a pool !
This company was perfect. I’ve never said that about any company! They were prompt, professional and perfect. They came diagnosed the leak took pictures of everything. Explained everything in layman’s terms. Scheduled the repair and with professionalism fixed it and all is well. David did our repair and he was meticulous, I told him he was like a surgeon doing an operation. They identified the problem after a full examination of our pool and spa...and set up the repair for just a few days later.
Used them twice now for leak detection and once to resolve the issue based on the referral of a friend in the pool business. Each time they have come out they are respectful of my time, showing up when they say they will. They are very professional and extremely thorough. I highly recommend!
I had such a positive experience with Red Rhino and would highly recommend their services. From the professional and thorough initial inspection and discovery of leaks, to the friendly and experienced service techs who repaired the leaks. Plus, I really found the follow-up of before and after pictures a nice addition for my pool records.
