I appreciate how the technician called and explained everything he found during the leak detection inspection. He also sent a detailed description of what he found and sent pictures. He described steps that he would take to resolve the issue.
So many things they got right. They detailed what the appointment and process would cover. They showed up on the appointed day. (The first leak detection company I called never showed—even after two separate appointments were scheduled.). Their representatives explained each step of what they were doing and why. The leak was detected and corrected the same day, and I am so happy. Very pleasant to work with, and I highly recommend their services.

When it comes to home repair & appliance repair, I am VERY skeptical of any repair service/company. Our pool service recommended Red Rhino when chemical levels in our pool were dropping every week due to addition of water. I was certain it was evaporation, rain, and 4 teenagers splashing around. I also stated my skepticism to my Red Rhino customer service rep. I like that Red Rhino performs the inspection and if no leak is detected you aren’t charged!
