Repaired suddenly severe swimming pool leak about 1 inch daily. They first tested the buried and above ground piping, valves, filtration and heater equipment. Determined the leak in the deteriorating (underwater) plastic-shelled pool light. They returned in a few days. They removed and replaced that junk light with a quality stainless steel-shelled light, repaired, textured and painted our gunite pool wall to match. Our pool was losing over an inch of water a day. Chad came out for our inspection. He was also training a new team member. They were extremely thorough and even after they determined a the problem area completed the inspection before determining the actual problem. I wished I had known about this company when we bought the house a year ago. Not only did they detect the leak but we have the piece of mind knowing the rest of our pool is in good shape! Their professionalisms. Found leak in pool and was there next day to repair . Everything was handled very well
Jon came out to look for the leak and found it within minutes. Jack came two days later and spent the day installing a new skimmer box. The skimmer is working much better than before. Both of them were polite and explained everything thoroughly. Jack did an excellent job in replacing the pavers that were removed to replace the old box. It looks better now than it did before it was fixed. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this company.
