Ok folks, if you think you have a pool leak, don't spend endless nights worrying about it. Give these folks a call. I sent in my request for service and was on the books within the week. I received a scheduling update email the day before with the name and phone number of the tech assigned to my inspection. Responsive, knowledgeable, explained the problem and the steps to get it corrected. Great people to work with both in person and on the phone. Not good news to have a leak in your pool but Red Rhino made it easy to deal with.

I called on the last day of my inspection period to purchase my new home and Patty accommodated the last minute request. The tech (Tyler) was very professional and was able to answer my questions at the location. They even showed up early which worked out well for me! So my pool tech told me I had a leak. After I confirmed, I contacted Red Rhino. I’ve used them in the past and had a good experience. Scheduled the leak finding portion with Allen. Allen determined the source quickly and plainly explained the issue along with supporting video and pictures. All my encounters were professional and courteous.
