Red Rhino is the most wonderful pool detection company. I have a 20 year old pool and they worked diligently to find my problem in my pool. It had been leaking for a few weeks and I kept filling it up to no avail. I am 81 years old and operating that hose to put water in the pool was a tricky act for me as well as dangerous. They were reasonable and I could not be happier. Eventually, I will have to fix it permanently and stop patching but I will have Red Rhino take care of that at a later date.
Everything was explained by the technician clearly after the inspection. And I felt the inspection was thorough.
They were fast and efficient. They found several slow leaks and patched them right then and there. They returned the next day and fixed them.
Red Rhino was our second quote/second detector service. We are resurfacing pool and deck so can not afford to make a mistake by investing so much $$ over a leaking pool. Very happy with detection technology and the knowledge/advice of detection “Dr” Matt. We agreed to service and it was scheduled within a week
