RecommendedA recent call for service (major pool leak this time after smaller, patchable ones over the last 7 years.) As it turned out, Zack arrived (on time), and was the same man who had been here 2 years ago. I trusted him then, and I trust him now. Skimmer is kaput, cracked beyond repair and will be replaced - not an easy job. Red Rhino is an excellent company, honest, professional, and I highly recommend them.
He showed up on time and spent 3 hours tracing down my problems. Fixed them. All is well.
We had a 2” loss every 24 hours. Zack came and tested thoroughly every aspect of the pool. Plumbing lines, suction lines and then dye tested every inch of the pool. I think he knows my pool better than we do now! He was friendly, efficient and motivated to find our leak! He found it and was able to patch it the same day. We are extremely happy. The cost was affordable and accurate in my opinion for all the work he did! Hope to never have to call again, but I know who to call! ❤️💦

Little wait time for an appointment. Technician prompt, professional, thorough in the inspection, detailed explanation of findings both orally and emailed with pictures. Detailed invoice of repair order explained, received a discount by accepting the repair job on the day of inspection, and will be completed within three weeks. I would recommend this company.
