They find the problem in the pool and they fix it
Noticed our pool was losing 3/4 inch per 24 hours. Called Red Rhino and they scheduled a tech to come out within a couple days. 30 minutes prior to the appointment, the tech called and said he was on his way. Arrived, explained in detail his plan, and went to work. Wow! He was meticulous and very thorough and explained to me what he was doing and why and the immediate result. The technician that came to the house asked some questions and went to work found the leak and did a temporary fix until the problem can be fixed permanently. Fine Representative for the Company. His name was Nate Mastrapa. Also the girl in the office Kristina was a pleasant young lady and got someone to me as soon as possible
A recent call for service (major pool leak this time after smaller, patchable ones over the last 7 years.) As it turned out, Zack arrived (on time), and was the same man who had been here 2 years ago. I trusted him then, and I trust him now. Skimmer is kaput, cracked beyond repair and will be replaced - not an easy job. Red Rhino is an excellent company, honest, professional, and I highly recommend them.
He showed up on time and spent 3 hours tracing down my problems. Fixed them. All is well.
We had a 2” loss every 24 hours. Zack came and tested thoroughly every aspect of the pool. Plumbing lines, suction lines and then dye tested every inch of the pool. I think he knows my pool better than we do now! He was friendly, efficient and motivated to find our leak! He found it and was able to patch it the same day. We are extremely happy. The cost was affordable and accurate in my opinion for all the work he did! Hope to never have to call again, but I know who to call! ❤️💦
