Pool leak detector , Blake, went above and beyond inspecting the pool for leaks. He found the issue and explained the causes to prevent further issues after the skimmer throat was repaired. He also informed me of the issues he most frequently encounters to help me avoid the same mistakes.
I can't praise Red Rhino enough. We have a 21 year old pool that is in dire need of resurfacing, but we had to find the leaks and repair them before resurfacing can be done. We called Red Rhino and we are so glad we did. The technicians Nate and Victor are the best, they are polite, knowledgeable and readily answered my multitude of questions. This is a very prompt and professional company. I thought I had a leak and they responded the next day, even though I wasn't able to be there. They even came back out because they needed to access to electricity for some of their testing...no additional charge. They went above and beyond to find and point out any potential problems. I will definitely recommend them for anyone who needs pool leak detection.

They find the problem in the pool and they fix it
Noticed our pool was losing 3/4 inch per 24 hours. Called Red Rhino and they scheduled a tech to come out within a couple days. 30 minutes prior to the appointment, the tech called and said he was on his way. Arrived, explained in detail his plan, and went to work. Wow! He was meticulous and very thorough and explained to me what he was doing and why and the immediate result.
