Redeye Grill was the perfect place to celebrate my Mom's birthday. The staff were all friendly and professional, and the food was delicious. Best of all, they made my Mom feel special without being overbearing. Will definitely recommend highly to anyone needing a quiet spot in Midtown. It's close enough to the Theatre District without having to wade through ShouldertoShoulder crowds.
Daughter was performing at Carnegie hall.
Everyone working there did a great job. They gave us a couple of bonuses. Food really good but even better overall experience.
Service is inordinately slow. It was not incredibly busy so no reason for the staff to seat us and leave us alone for 30 minutes before coming in to take an order. Food is decent, but nothing extraordinary.
The whole experience was wonderful. We were warmly greeted. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable. The food excellent! The Price-Fixe lunch menu has a great selection with plenty of fish dishes. Of course, the decor is beautiful. I've been there twice and plan to dine at Redeye Grill much, much more.
Dinner pre NYCC dance performance. As always, full, noisy with great food and overworked and pleasant staff.
The cocktails were filled with too much crushed ice. Not a good value for the price.
Was in Manhattan with a friend. We had a reservation for 8p. We were greeted by friendly host who gave us each a glass of champagne to enjoy while we waited for out table to be cleared. Our waiter was playful and attentive with us. At one point my earring fell out and the busser helped me locate it on the floor. So sweet! Great experience overall. Very personable/ kind customer service.
Food fair. Very pricey for scallop dish. Pasta was bland. Very little lobster or calamari.
