Lovely atmosphere. Good food choices. Service was a bit disappointing.
This is a beautiful place near carnegie hall and other theater organizations. The food is good but expensive. You are paying for location and proximity. If that is okay, then this is an excellent choice.
We enjoyed a table in the lounge with a terrific pianist/vocalist. Service was a little weird, as if we didn’t really have a specific server….but if we brought our needs to anyone’s attention, that person was right on it. Convenient to the Manhattan Club, across the street, with food and drink benefits for staying there, too!
Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving dinner—family enjoyed very nice prefix menu.
We enjoyed a wonderful meal and the service was outstanding. Three of us ordered sushi and it was very fresh and beautifully displayed. We even asked for a custom-made cocktail with cucumber and elderflower liquor and they were so accomodating and the bartender nailed it! The grand room was beautiful with high ceilings and interesting decor. Didn't know what to expect but we enjoyed a delicious and lovely family meal just blocks away from our hotel.
Our server, Dominiqu, was amazing. Super attentive, funny and on top of it for our dinner. The food was amazing as always. Fantastic Dover sole. Everyone loved their meals. Perfect martinis by the bartender.
Ate mid afternoon on a Saturday. Shared a $24 cheeseburger. It was very good. Glass of wine was $17 for nothing special. Nice place. Prob would find dinner more enjoyable w a larger menu.
The food choices are excellent and offered a range of good options for brunch, lunch and dinner. The service was also very good. Very attentive wait staff. They did not rush you, but were ready to check us out so we could attend the play.
