Very friendly and attentive staff starting at reception and continuing through the meal. The Salmon Bowl was outstanding as was the Brussels Sprout in Thai Peanut sauce. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
This is one of our favorites restaurants when my family visits NYC. We were so disappointed the last time we came when it was closed. The atmosphere is outstanding, the drinks a great and you cannot beat the service and food. Our waiter was so friendly and the quality of the meal is second to none.
SINCE RE-OPENING AFTER TOO LONG OF A CLOSURE DUE TO THE FIRE, REDEYE IS BETTER THAN EVER. SERVICE, CUISINE, ATMOSPHERE IS 5 STAR, WHETHER A BUSINESS OR PERSONAL MEAL.
Great staff! Our servers were amazing. We requested a table through open table. We were seated as soon as we arrived. The food was delicious. One of our favorites in NY!

It was so good. Our waiter was super nice and funny. Definitely want to come back for a special date night.
They just re-opened and need to work out some of the kinks. we waited 25 minutes for shrimp cocktail and then the mains came right on top of that. Our server kept pouring our wine and I wanted to see the sommelier but the server said he was busy. Each time he poured our wine, he spilled some!!!!! Despite this, we will return as I am sure they will get more organized.
The fish was in as fresh as it usually is.
