Redeye is always fun and lively - good crowd. a bit overpriced for the quality of food, but not outrageous. the servers are nice, but it took a crazy amount of tie to get a. round of drinks every time we ordered. dont know where the breakdown is. Also, the 'legendary' Dancing Shrimp are far from interesting...
Food was OK, but average. We had calamari - it was too much breading on them. The Asian salad with shrimps (3 only!) was good, but nothing special. Average.
Fabulous food and service. I had the dancing shrimp for my main course, and it was so so much fun and absolutely delicious
Delightful evening with top notch service from Amorelle. And Derek was so cordial. Food was prepared perfectly and delicious. One of our favorite NYC places to visit every year.
Food was excellent and our waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere was very nice too. Prices were NYC prices but a regular martini for $20 seemed high! No particular attention given to a birthday indicated as special occasion.
Great food that is beyond tasty and fresh. Top notch service and experience. Literally loved the whole dining experience !
Delayed seating but gracious matre’-dee helped things along. Waiter was an extreme rookie with extremely quiet voice who needed lots of reminders, he even totally forgot a complete order for 1of my 7 guests. Manager Derek was cool about trying to fill in for young kid who was floundering. Have been there before many times, was hoping an $800+ dinner would have had a better waiter
Always a favorite while in NYC. We eat here at least a couple of times during our annual week long trip
This was the best dinner experience during our trip to NYC ! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and the food was exceptional!! We can’t wait for our next trip to the city and our return to Redeye Grill!
