We have been here several times over the years and every time, we hope for a better experience but are disappointed every time. Once again, the service was slower than ever (the hostess never told anyone we were seated). The food might have been mediocre if it was served on time, but it was cold and unappetizing. The Mahi Mahi was especially bad and the rice was dryer than Las Vegas in July. The beans might have been cooked a week before we came in. OK the food is good. I did a phone order and the girl sounded so depressed it was disturbing. I asked for a simple modification to one item. Her response was gee I dont know or maybe? well, then that depressed sound again. I said never mind just the regular way. This is about the help these days. I would never own a business now relying on todays kids. I really need to get a recording app or something to play these back online. So haven't been to this place in awhile. Decided to go dinner. Menu gave us so much hope. My wife had chicken marsala and I had mac and cheese. Both dinners were served stone cold. Manager came over no real apology. Took our food and brought it back warm but not hot food. Never offered money off never offered desert. Nothing. Had to ask for water .. had to ask for more soda.
