First of all, I chose this restaurant because they were open and the reviews were decent. 9pm on 4th of july weekend. So being a product of the restaurant business myself, mostly general management and upper level mgmt in my later years, i find myself posting my experiences at restaurants from all perspectives. mostly from a guest perspective as i usually am one while visiting.
