Excellent food - slow service My wife and I ate at the Redstone Inn Grill while spending a romantic night at the Inn in mid July. We had a pasta dish and a Reuben, both of which were deliciously prepared. Our only complaint was the speed of service. We were one of four tables being served at the time. There were five Grill staff members...

A little slice of the past My wife and I recently returned from a trip we took to Grand Junction for a professional conference. We stayed one night at the Redstone Inn. This was our second time staying at the inn and was just as satisfying as our first experience. We love the rustic turn of the century craftsmanship that has been lovingly restored throughout the...

OUR SECRET GET AWAY My husband and I have stayed at the Redstone Inn several times in the last few years, we love the fact that it is only an hours drive and we feel like we are on vacation..the room we like the best is the honeymoon suite...one review said it was a bit outdated(really, built in the 1900's) it has all the...

Quaint inn in charming town My husband and I stayed five nights at the Redstone Inn -- four nights in the Stickley Suite and one night in a veranda king room. The hotel was originally built just after 1900 as bachelor quarters for the local coal miners, but another wing was added in the 1950s to expand the building into a nice-sized hotel. As you...

disappointing I booked a room during the week because the hotel was booked on all the weekends we had available. I made the assumption that $171 per night would get us a nice room. I even asked the person on the phone for descriptions of the various rooms. The room was large but tired and worn. The bathroom was very outdated...

Pleasant stay in the Clock Tower Room I enjoyed my stay here and picked the clock tower room to stay in. The room was small, but had a nice view. The restaurant had good food and entertainment. And the grounds are pleasantly groomed. You can easily walk through the shops in Redstone.

Great location, woderful staff As above, the location is beautiful and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant was top shelf, although the interpretation of some of the food was a little strange. I certainly can't recommend the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. But the steaks were OMG. I really didn't like the inn letting the locals overwhelm the swimming pool inthe...

What a find When I opened my TripAdvisor app and saw that there were only TWO restaurants in Redstone, I wasn't expecting anything special. Instead, we were blown away. I had the flat iron steak and my daughter had the mac-n-cheese for dinner. Both were EXCELLENT. We were so impressed we came back the next day. Each of us ordered something different from...

not worth it Employees were great. Place needs much improvement. Sinks and tubs leak all the time. Toilet seats chipped. Tubs/showers stained. Bathrooms overall need to be repaired at least on the 3rd floor. Food/drinks were expensive in hotel. Only one restaurant in town besides hotel. Stables across highway.
