Get directionsWhat a find When looking for a dinner spot, I was a little dismayed to see Tripadvisor's "#1 of 2" for this little town. Not too hard to be the best spot in town when there's only one other!! However, we were blown away -- this place could easily be #1 of 200!! My teen daughter and I arrived late at night for...
This is a nice, historic building in a quaint mountain town. I stayed in a "terrace room", which was on the ground floor in the back. Unlike some of the...
Great food We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a dinner at the Redstone Inn. The food was excellent and the service, even with only one wait person, Becky, was very good. Although alone, she managed to handle all the tables efficiently. I agree with BasaltDuo that the wine-by-the-glass was not the best, but was adequate. We'll be back.
old style inn We stopped on our way through the Colorado Mountains intrigued by what we found out to be old coke ovens and we saw this great Inn. After a short chat with the lady inside, we decided to stay for the night. The inside of the hotel is old but well kept. The price is reasonable, even when considering that the...
Yummy Food A great place to eat, however food is pricey. We enjoyed the elk phillo and ancient grains salad. The creme brulee was pretty bad, but besides that the food was yummy!
Lovely setting but a little disappointed We chose this hotel for our last two nights of our holiday. We wanted something in a beautiful setting, some peace and quiet and down time before our flight. This we certainly got. The hotel is surrounded by gorgeous scenery and Redstone is a delightful village. The historic hotel is generally lovely with an old creaky charm about it. There...
Georgeous Ralph Lauren-ish Chill The day I arrived three hours late from a huge snowstorm at Vail, I was greeted to a snowman at the front door holding a tray of champagne flutes and a sign that read " Welcome Vail Pass Survivors!". Holy Cow that was awesome! I love this hotel. It's seated on a river. You see wildlife. Cool things to do...
Great Rustic experience If you like quiet rustic lodges with tons of character and a friendly helpful staff this is the place. The Inn has a fantastic friendly feel to it. We only ate in the lounge but the food there was great. The bed was wonderful and the room squeaky clean. Redstone is such a beautiful place I hated to leave.
