My hot water tank decided to fail Thanksgiving weekend. I called Regal on a referral. They explained current staffing conditions could cause a delay til Monday but would call the techs and explain the situation. Following a quick 15 minutes delay, I received a return call and a tech was at my door within the hour. The tank was replaced in a professional courteous manner.
