Today I had awesome service from Regal. I had no water since yesterday. Regal sent Steve Bowers to fix a problem the Water Company said was mine not theirs. After completing the work according to the Water Company, still no water. Steve decided to look at another possible reason. Long story short, it was the Water Company’s problem and had Steve not gone the extra mile, I would still not have water. They're always here on time. I believe pricing is fair and they always do a good job.
Small commercial account. They were the first place to offer next day service. Guy seemed to know what he was doing, was on time, and fixed the problem quickly. They are now my go-to plumber/HVAC company.
