This commendation is submitted for the praise of Justin (Regal Representative) and Jason (Excavator Representative) who arrived for a water main replacement at our property. Due to the fact of the water main plumbing being galvanized and almost 100 years old, it required total replacement . . . problem being, that the piping was under the concrete porch steps and sidewalk. Steve Bowers was prompt in arriving. He thoroughly checked out all areas that could have contributed to a massive water loss that reached up to 50,000 gallons per month. In short order he diagnosed the problem! It was from the toilet in the master bathroom. He also found the problem of almost no water pressure in the 1st floor shower. His total time there to diagnose the problems were less that 30 minutes!! I highly recommend them!!

We have been taking advantage of the Regal maintenance agreement to maintain both our furnace and air conditioner for several years. We have been extremely happy with their service. We have recommended them to our family and they use them as well. If you do call for a problem, they get someone out to repair the problem quickly. We highly recommend them.
