DO NOT USE. No customer service. For a week and a half, I haven’t heard about my application status despite emailing Imelda Cardova and calling the phone number and left voice messages. I paid the application fee....give me the courtesy the status when I requested it. I am relocating for a job in Yuma and it’s stressful not knowing where I’m going to live. I’m going to dispute the application and any fees.

I love my apartment. I love the apartments themselves. The management’s communication is. 0/10. If you need to talk to them you need to go to the office. I’ve never had a phone call answered.
