Dan was a great at helping us select our new mattresses. Jorge was patient and instructive in setting up the bed and helping with how to adapt our bedskirt and making the bed with two parallel mattresses. I need to stop in to see Dan because my frame makes some noises while changing positions.

Everything was great, except, the salesperson said the crew that would deliver would train, and the delivery crew said the sales person would train. So, we have an $8,000 chair with no training. Just FYI
