I am really enjoying the small vinyl RELAX THE BACK pillow which helps me out tremendously with my back pain. It is the pillow that has air in it, and measures 16” X 8”. I will certainly buy more of these for my friends with back issues in the future!! I am still getting use to the combo seat and back rest constructed with metal. The purchase experience was excellent. My follow up in the store was less than perfect! Sales agent felt talking to his boss on speaker for 10 minutes taking his schedule was more important than taking 2 minutes to tell me my chair would be in the next day. Customer first was not shown at this time.
