Amazing customer service from Sam. She was patient and informative. She took the time to listen to me about my neck problems and made recommendations that were spot on for my bed with the right side sleeper pillow and the cervical pillow for my recliner and my bed. I am extremely pleased with her excellent customer service and knowledge. I’m thinking about buying the bed she suggested which I hadn’t thought about my bed contributing to my problems.
