Life chair is not a zero gravity recliner remote control was missing in the store should not have bought. Previously bought a zero gravity recliner know the difference. False advertisement

We order the chair on June 20th, and we are still waiting for it to be delivered!!!

I paid for my chair in mid-May. Still haven’t revived it!!!!!!

The Woodlands store personnel was fine. Our problem came in the shipping of our bed to South Carolina and the subsequent return where we received a fraction of our promised refund. I will tell all my friends to avoid your company.

When you return part of your purchase your product credit can not be applied because you no longer have the bundle that qualifies for the discount as per Tempurpedic sales rules. Very expensive reclining chair had very poor lumbar support. I had to buy another $200 lumbar attachment to make it better. Attachment took about a month to get here and nobody called to tell me it arrived.

Was not well informed of their return policy. So I now have an uncomfortable pillow that I do not use.

Everything was fine except that at the time of purchase and ~week after it, on several occasions an incorrect information was provided regarding delivery ETA.
