I ordered new pads for my Perfect Chair on March 16. I still haven't received them. The wrong pads were sent to me and when I called the store said they ordered the correct pads on March 28 and would have them shipped. I have heard nothing since. Everybody at the store has been polite and friendly, except for the "failure to communicate" re shipping, etc. I have been using your chairs for 20 years and have probably sold some for you because I praise them often. The internet showed one chair reduced in storage. I charged the chair and then my money was refunded because someone else purchased it. So in less than 2 minutes the chair was bought by someone else? I do not think so. Purchased other items.

Bought a new Perfect Chair (zero gravity) chair for my husband with a floor lamp Tuesday July 18, 2017. Dan the Store Manager, asked if they could deliver it 2 days later. That was not convenient so we agreed they would be delivered the following Tuesday, a week later. Well it's Tuesday & Dan says they 'didn't put it on the truck" as promised & rescheduled for later in the week. I purposely stayed home all day today to receive this delivery. As the situation is still in flux, I find it difficult to submit a final review. That said, a defective chair was delivered, a promised visit by the salesman was not done, the manufacturer guided me by phone apparently trying to avoid having to meet the warranty and then promised replacement parts and a tech visit to repair. That was well over a week ago and as yet nothing has occurred. Sorry results for a $4K purchase!
