After writing a previous bad review about our delivery not happening today as promised, Dan Sconce, Store Manager at the Woodlands location, personally delivered the chair & lamp to our home. Some glitch apparently caused our prepaid purchase to not be put on the delivery truck. But due to Dan's quick reaction to the negative situation, we now have a working chair and lamp as promised. Thank you, Dan!

When we arrived at the store, the salesman was very friendly and the store was very clean. I was their because I have five bulging disk in my neck. I wanted to see what would possibly making it better. The salesman recommended the book treat your own neck, and also I tried out a couple of their machines. The store got very busy and we understood that our salesman had to excuse himself to help others. That gave me time to try out the machines.
