Have yet to receive my chair

Tony, I apologise for the delay for your X office chair in white leather. X Chair is making it custom for you and it seems your chair's arrival is delayed. We loaned you a same chair in black for your convenience. We try to make sure our customers are taken care of.

I think the salesman did a great job showing and explaining the different models. The man who delivered the chair did a great job setting up the chair; but after he left, I would move the chair and the settings would change. Then I didn't know how to reset them. I think he should have shown me how to do it. The chair isn't set right now and I don't know how to do it. Judith M

It has been a month and still no chair or contact from the store.

Jaime, We left a message on the number you provided and then an email to schedule your office chair delivery 4 days prior to one month that was promised to you. Once you emailed us back, we were able to deliver next day and you told us the office chair was great. Thank you and please contact us if you need other ergonomic products from us.

I bought a back support for my car seat and told the guy my problem is my long back and it needs support. He said once he bends the support i9t is mine. Then he bent it and i sat in it he adjusted it and I left. I came back in and I could not fit in my car with the seat in my car seat. He suggested I lean the car seat back. I tried that and it did not help. I use the seat in my office seat now. I did not go back into the store to try to get my money back however I probably will not be back again. Have a good week.
