My wife and I were experinceing hip and lower back discomfort during longer car rides. Lynn Richter, manager, helped us understand the options and find a GREAT solution. Specifically helped us discover that support can be either firm or soft. Now we have no discomfort even on car rides of over 3 hour. EXCELLENT EMPATHY & EXPERTISE & EXPERIENCE

The staff at Relax the Back have helped me immensely - always kind and considerate, they worked to find me the mattress and pillow that worked best for me, not necessarily the most expensive one. I’m extrmey happy and wish I had spent the money long ago!

great service and helpful in recommending me to the Plano store. brought the chair home because it was a christmas gift and didn't see a way to have you set it up. wish i had scheduled it after all as it would be more accurate settings.

Lynn was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She pointed out the difference in various chairs and then let me “test Drive“ the two chairs that I was interested in. The actual sale and delivery of the chair was pleasant and easy. The delivery driver was efficient and personable.

I had been waking up every morning with my neck in bad pain for most of the day. Dreaded going to sleep at night because of how it would feel the next morning. My new Tempurpedic bed and the pillow that Mark recommended have made an enormous difference. I am still using the office chair that I purchased here almost two decades ago. It has had a similarly excellent effect on my lower back! So glad this store is here.
