Wife doesn't like new chair because it will not return to a vertical enough position. Is there any adjustment to that. Just 2-3" at the upper back of the chair would make a huge difference.

I wish that all purchases for a product that has many different options and choices would be the same good experience as my wife and I had purchasing the Zero Gravity chair from the Relax The Back location on 5100 Belt Line road. Lynn Richter, store manager, had all the answers to our questions, and let us decide what recliner we liked the best. Lynn provided excellent product knowledge, and product information. Absolutely great service experience.Lynn was extremely professional and patient while working with me. With this being such an expensive purchase, I needed to be certain that the Cafe was going to be the chair for me. Thus, I spent several days and many hours in the store sitting in this chair. Lynn was never bothered by my "hanging out" in her workplace. This ultimately led to me purchasing and I'm extremely pleased.
