I couldn't be happier with my new pillow. I was having neck pain and the gentleman at the store was able to find exactly what I needed within a few minutes. It's been a month now and I no longer have a stiff neck after waking up. I highly recommend this store!

Chair is good, but doesn't fit a short person well. Battery back up does not work--did not come with batteries. Just hums but chair does not move.
