My experience with Relax the Back in Bee Cave, TX was fabulous! I had looked on the main website to order a 5” pillow for my husband, but the website said “Sold Out”. I filled out a request and Brian from San Antonio responded immediately! He researched my area (Austin,TX) and found a store just 20 minutes from me! I contacted Dee, the store Director and picked up my pillow that same day! Dee was also very helpful and offered great suggestions and my husband had a wonderful night’s sleep! From a senior caregiver perspective with a client who was waiting so happily for this chair - the delivery team was great - on time, efficient, moved another RTB chair to a new spot and got the new one all set up and tested. They were polite and pleasant, even came back an hour later after we texted Dewayne with a concern… which he took care of in a jiffy. My clients LOVES her chair! Thanks so much !!
