I had a issue with the control bottoms, went and spoke to TIM who who got me a new controller for the chair under the warranty. I also had a problem with the motor that makes the back moved. Tim came to the house and replaced the motor. My only complain is the device that control the chair is Cheaply made. Relax the back should up grade the chair control Panel.
