Customer service was good. I was able to purchase a chair that was a floor model. This was very helpful to me as I wanted the chair as soon as possible. The chair was delivered the next day.

My second wonderful experience with Relax Your Back. The people who work there that I dealt with are all knowledgeable, kind, and patient. The recliner (my most recent purchase) does everything except cook eggs. It has a zero-gravity position, heat, massage and a lift to get out of the chair. I don't need that quite yet but I'm sure the day will come.

Our experience in the store was excellent. David explained about all the reclining chairs and we tried them out. We decided on a Golden Chair. Delivery was smooth, the chair is now in place in our living room. We are pleased with how comfortable the chair is, and how wonderful the massage feature is. I will recommend Relax the Back to friends.
