These guys are great. They have a. wide assortment of products and infinite patience. I still haven't selected a new super ergonomic desk chair -- it's a big decision -- but they have been extremely helpful, and I'll probably be back. My husband and a I have bought a number of products from this store over the years, and I'm glad to lhave it in my world. (I've held back one star only because most of the inventory is very expensive.

Buying the desk chair of my dreams at Relax the Back in Bryn Mawr was a great experience, from start to finish. Jerry, the owner, is so expert, he knew instantly the chair that would fit my small frame. When the pandemic hit, he very kindly allowed me to come to the store by appointment, adhering to all safety precautions, to order it. When it arrived, his wife very patiently allowed me to take a video of her demonstrating the controls, lest I forget.
