They were helpful. I was able to try several models of chairs before I settled on the one I wanted for my business. The white glove the delivery was fantastic. They brought my chair to a town 2 hours from the Eugene office and set it up for free. I’d buy from them again and did buy a heater for the chair. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because the chair is so expensive. But the chair is amazingly comfortable.
