RE: $5000 Chair under Warranty. Frame broke Tuesday. Store can't even begin to deal with this until Saturday as their repairman is out. (No sense of urgency.) Given the price of their products, there should be a fallback for repairs.

About 2009 I purchased a lifeforms chair from the RTB store in Austin TX and received excellent service. I now live in OR and the leather of the arm for the chair split. Last week, using the "Contact us" for the Beaverton RTB store I inquired as to how to repair or replace the arm. (especially since the chair tag referred to a lifetime warranty) I immediately received an add for the purchase of a new chair for over $1,000 and no information my issue. Ordered two Lifeform chairs and love them! Great purchase for work-from-home. However, salesperson expertise was questionable and the invoicing system is confusing and lacks the item-level detail I'd expect for an expensive custom purchase. Had to do my own research to understand available options. Fabric ordered for one chair was incorrect and took almost two months to resolve.

I was in here a few weeks ago by orders of my doctor to purchase an office chair and some cushions for my car, I was helped by a nice heavyset gentleman named Mark and a friendly young woman named Pam, I was back and forth between a few chairs when I was suddenly accosted by what I assume was the manager, I was made to feel pressured and anxious about purchasing, I would have really enjoyed continuing with the first two employees, but this man made me feel overwhelmed to the point where I decided I should leave. Caveat Emptor. Do you realize that you can get a $500 off coupon just for promising a Four or Five Star Review? Why does a simple arm chair cost $2000-$3000? Padding the Price doesn’t help your back unless you benefit by taking a train of wheelbarrows loaded with pennies with you to pay for it. Zero Gravity is a misnomer. You don’t go into outer space. For around $20 buy a nice Yoga Mat and lay on the floor for the SAME effect! And PETA would approve!

Friendly, knowledgeable sales and technical support personnel. We were able to test the mattresses for extended lengths of time so that we were sure that the mattresses fit our needs. The salesperson thoroughly explained the differences between mattresses. He was helpful without being aggressive. We had a minor problem with the mechanics fitting our the bed frame we wanted to use, but the technical support person was incredibly helpful and solved the problem quickly.
