Customer service was exceptional, from listening to what I needed in the store, explaining options, and advising on material and color selection, to keeping me informed of order process and delivery. I was especially grateful that when delivered, the chair was "set up" to fit me and my office desk. Not to mention it is *the most comfortable* chair I have ever used for work - or in general for that matter. (I got the Lifeform Midback Executive Office Chair.)

Very good customer sevice. However and unfortunately, the chair is very uncomfortable and we will have to return it within the 30 day window.

The service is good, but having taken the floor model of one of the recliner, I will be spending $125 tomorrow to get rid of the fragrance that attached itself to the fabric.

I love this store. The people are friendly and they know their products inside out and backward. They also know their companies. I recently had a problem with a chair I purchased there. They called the company. They stayed on hold and they got action and my chair was replaced. It could not have been a better experience. Love.

I had a great experience and walked away with an amazing desk chair that fits me perfect! I highly recommend this store. They asked me a ton of questions and had me try out several styles of desk chairs in order to find me the perfect chair for my situation. It's the most comfortable desk chair I have ever sat in. I love it!!!
