The in-store experience was excellent. I was helped by a very knowledgeable staff who answered a lot of questions and came up with deal on a massage chair that I couldn’t resist. I’m very happy with the purchase. The only reason I gave the store 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 was the limited selection on hand. Understandable due to the limited amount of space in the store, but I really wanted to try more. Having said that, I would absolutely recommend a visit to Relax The Back. They really have nice products.

My husband and I recently purchased two of the Human Touch Perfect Chairs from this store. What excellent customer service we received from the manager, Mark Szymanski! This is after saying I would never go into this store again after two very unpleasant interactions with the previous manager when we were looking to purchase a new bed. The store is great. The product not so great. I bought an expensive office chair. Like the one I used at work and sat in 10-12 hours a day. I use it on average 15 minutes a day at home. The screws keep falling out of it. It won't stay together. I bought it assembled at the store so....it's not my fault. Must be the chair's fault. I changed my rating. Regardless, the chairs have a 15 year warranty and if you would contact us directly, we would be happy to arrange a service call and rectify the situation.The chair should certainly not be behaving that way.
