Thank you for fitting us in even though we did not have a scheduled appointment. We love the sloped knee lift pillow. It has reduced back pain I have been experiencing. In addition we were shown the HyperVolt massage machine which we bought and enjoy daily.

I'd been thinking about purchasing an office chair for a while and transitioning to a work-from-home situation in recent months forced me to do so. I worked with the store manager, Mark S., to purchase a HumanScale Freedom chair. Mark S. provided superb customer service. He provided updates regarding tracking information and checked-in regularly for a few weeks to see how the chair was working. Had just the lift chair in stock that we needed for my mother's stay with us. We were able to go pick it up at the store right a few days after ordering over the phone. So the whole process took only a few minutes. Very satisfied.

Relax the Back helped me get a good office chair. I tried the first one out and didn't like it, but with the 7 day tryout period, I was able to get a different chair that worked out great! They did all this work during the COVID quarantine so I had to have an appointment to visit the store. It was very easy, great customer service!
