GREAT customer service...my sole complaint is the chair arrived with a 4 inch scratch on the leather....While this doesn't affect the chairs operation, I'm still not pleased that a $9500 chair arrived in this fashion...and it's not Relax the Backs fault it appears it rolled out the factory like that...but unsure
