purchased 2 HALE chairs w/delivery to Eufaula, OK We had shopped OKC and Tulsa RTB stores & were advised the 2 stores are all one big happy family. We purchsed delivery for the chairs, which is a 2hr drive to our house from OKC. Robert and Avery were the 2 employees who delivered the chairs on a rainy day (1/18) Give those guys a raise and some perks!!! What great workers!!! Our experience at the Tulsa store was 5 stars! We received great information on the chair we inquired about on that visit. In fact, we decided not to continue looking anywhere else in Tulsa. The two young men, Robert and Avery, who delivered our recliner went above and beyond in setting up the recliner where we needed it upstairs, and they even moved the chair we no longer preferred to be in that room.
