Stefan was friendly, helpful and answered all our questions - even the dumb ones. We bought a back massage belt (took it home with us) and a desk chair (on order). The belt is excellent and, in store, the chair was the most comfortable I had sat in in a long time. The store was clean, very organized and everything on the shelves was there to be examined. We were very impressed. A+

Real customer service is rare these days, but it's a priority at this modest, well-organized store in Clackamas, where I had the good fortune to work with Erin Pech to purchase a Relax-the-Back chair for a friend who had suffered a back injury. Erin is knowledgeable and patient, she answers questions promptly and you can count on what she says. Service, rather than pressure to make a sale is the principle at work here.

Made an order for our second set of Sacro Ease seats and they came before I could get there to pick them up! Erin was right on top of it! She fitted both within minutes, and was super helpful! Thanks Erin!

WOW, Erin professionally guided us through the learning process, test ride and purchase of our new chair. I was in a fair amount of pain as a result of degenerative arthritis in my hip and the Human Touch Zero Gravity chair was a place that gave me relief after only 15 minutes. Because of my current condition we chose to take a floor model and Erin and the team at Relax the Back got our chair delivered and set up in very short order. Erin is a FANTASTIC! We came in looking at massage chairs not knowing exactly what we want and without full knowledge of what we would need to spend. She helped us understand the value of a good chair, all the features, benefits, etc. and she offered amazing financing options. Erin simply made the buying process easy. She even stayed late to help get us situated and get the sale done. Coming from someone that leads a national sales organization of highly qualified career sales people, I’m impressed.

Hi, we called some other furniture stores and they weren’t helpful and we saw the “relax the back” and we were like that place looks awesome! So we came in and our lady that helped us was Erin Pech and she was soooo helpful and nice! She answered all my questions and my moms and was able to get us in and out in like half hour and we bought 5 christmas presents and a birthday one! so great! loved the service and she was so knowledgeable and helpful!!!
