This is the most complete store for ergonomic solutions that I have ever discovered. I work full time on my computer, plus some hobby time as well, and I needed to make a change to counter all the stress my back, neck, and arms were enduring. We needed a brake cable repair on our excellent 20 year old Relax the Back Perfect Chair, which had never had any problems. They still carried the needed part and scheduled the repair at our home. I highly recommend both the chair and customer service provided at any Relax The Back location.
