We recently purchased a massage chair. Ashley and her staff were very professional, never pressuring and encouraged us to try different models etc. allowing us plenty of test runs. We have purchased many products over the years and always felt like we received great advise. Her delivery crew went above and beyond to get the chair where we wanted it.
