Wow, this place not only makes you feel comfortable with all the neat stuff they have in there especially the massage chairs!! Omg you have to try it..but the customer service is right up there itself! First off I would love to thank the two ladies that helped us especially Ashley for listening to our needs and being patient with me as I discover my perfect pillow lol. The staff were nice and very helpful. I was able to try out various chairs to determine what worked best for me. Even though I live in a different town, an hour from the store, they were able to deliver the chair in just a few days so that I could have it before my surgery. Customer service is excellent! I had a mechanical issue soon after I received the chair and it was resolved very quickly with the help of a very nice representative who was in Colorado.
