Peter was extremely helpful. I needed a soft cushion to overcome our new car seats. We were traveling up north the next day. Without this cushion I don't think I would have made it. I was very impressed with the customer service. There was only one individual working, Peter Lowry, but he made you feel important. I went in the store not knowing what I needed but was not taken advantage of my ignorance. I was completely satisfied with the personal service and what was suggested for my chair for work does help. Beyond excellent customer service! We came looking for something for the back for a work station. The gentleman working, Peter Lowry, was not only very knowledgeable, but very attentive. He explained how to use it and why. I would recommend this store to anyone with ergonomic needs. (Mr. Lowry also followed a couple of days afterwards with a thank you card!)
