Laura and her brother provided great customer service and there is no way they can improve because they are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I am disappointed in the chair we purchased because the foot massage squeezes my feet so aggressively that I have to pull my feet out. I wish I could make some of the other parts of the massage less aggressive also.

Walked into the store and found the exact chair I was looking for. The manager gave me a great deal and the chair was delivered the next day and setup by the delivery Team. They moved my old recliner for me and vacuumed for me as I had back surgery. I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend it! Outstanding customer service.

Simple excellent customer service. The installation crew was on time and very professional. The old bed out and the new two part bed installed in about 1.5 hours. And the bed, excellent. We love this outlet for "comfortable things". :-).
