Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly especially Laura. I Always recommend Relax the Back to all my friends and even people that I just met. I have purchased a gel bed , wedges, and pillows. Love them all. Thanks for everything.

This is a fantastic place for anyone, but particularly phenomenal for those dealing with chronic pain. I visited expecting to browse for a specific item, and instead was given personal attention and help in actually leaving the store with some relief- not just hoping a product helped me. Laura is incredibly understanding and made it her personal goal to help alleviate some pain on the spot- I've never visited a store and been so specifically and genuinely cared for. Relax the back has helped me through knee, shoulder and neck surgery. Their staff is knowledgeable and will take the time to truly get to understand the issues and obstacles you are facing. Only then do they start making recommendations on products that will help you address and overcome those obstacles. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Their service model is the best.
